Rachel Porto, also known as Mrs P, is just trying to find her place in this world.  After the loss of her husband Cpl Jonathan Porto, she struggled to find where she fit, and continued blogging to document her journey along the way.  Four years later, she's still not sure where she fits, but she knows what she wants and that is simply To Live.  She continues to document her journey of widowhood as well as the rest of life's random (mis)adventures.  She hopes to be a beacon to fellow widows that it is okay to live after death.  She is a mom, a sister, a friend, a writer, a traveler, a farmer, a contractor, an artist... she is several things but she wants to be known only as a woman who chooses to live.
